the consultancy, on behalf of Technital S.p.A., was carried out as part of the executive and detailed design focused on the new reinforced concrete structures constituting a portion of the sub-embankment located at the top of the basin and perimeter to it. The assignment was carried out with extreme meticulousness in order to achieve a high level of executive detail: the firm developed 152 executive drawings defining the structural works of the East and West sub-docks from scale 1:50 to scale 1:10. The 360-meter-long dry dock was designed as a set of modules, approximately 20 meters in length, joined to each other. Each module was defined in detail by managing interactions with mechanical systems and nonstructural elements (bollards, rails, panzerbelt). The positions of the reinforcements of all modules and their detail elements were graphed and developed in toto with progressive numbering thanks to which it was possible to create the list of reinforcements with their weights and incidences.
