the work is part of the renovation and reconstruction interventions after the 2012 earthquake in Emilia Romagna. The renovation was complete in all aspects involving also the structures; the intervention also included the reconstruction of the collapsed top floor restoring the geometric scanning of the building and the relationship with the adjacent buildings.
